Ron Royall, President

After joining the company in 1991, Ron assumed the role of President of BEB in 2007.  He took the reins from his Dad, Bob Royall, and led this 70-year old company through the recession while growing revenue by 20%.  Under his leadership, BEB has expanded service offerings to include wide-format and digital print, launched BEBdata (the largest bankruptcy compiler in the U.S.) and created a strategy of growth.  A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Ron has served for over 10 years on the board including a term as President of the Mailing and Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA).  He is also active with The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, which has donated over $475 million to benefiting youth and supporting education since its inception in 1932.

Ro Royall, Executive Vice President

Ro Royall, Executive Vice President was recruited to BEB by his father and founder, Bob Royall.  Leaving his position with TRW Information Services which was acquired by Experian, Ro joined the family business in 1992.  Ro’s expertise with data collection and list marketing allowed him to recognize a gap in the market, it was Ro’s vision to compile and sell bankruptcy data thereby creating the seed for BEBdata, which has become the largest compiler of consumer bankruptcy data in the nation.  A Graduate from the University of Texas with a degree in Advertising, Ro is the  father of four children.  He is active with the Direct Marketing Association, the Mailing and Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA), Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast, and SBMSA.

Joy Zehrbach, Vice President

Joy Zehrbach joined the company in June of 2012 and is responsible for leading the development, coordination and execution of our marketing and sales strategies including market operations, social media initiatives and company communication.  She comes to us from Seebridge Media where she served as Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Client Services.  During her time there, the privately held company grew from 75 to 150 employees and earned multiple awards for self-promotion marketing.  Prior to Seebridge, Joy led high performing teams at Omnicom Group, World Marketing Inc and Alliance Data Systems.  She is the president of The MFSA (The Mailing and Fulfillment Services Association) and has served on the board for over 12-years, she is active with the AMA, DMA, BMA and IABC.  Joy is married to husband Clint, and enjoys world travel and scuba diving.
